Please include your myshopify.com store domain, the Orion application concerned and a short description of your question. Screenshots or a screen recording may help us investigate a visual issue. Do not send Shopify passwords, access tokens, payment-card numbers or other secrets.
Orion Blend: getting started
Orion Blend provides visual presentation and design effects for supported Shopify storefront themes.
1. In Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes → Customize.
2. Select the theme and page template you want to customise.
3. Add an available Orion Blend app block within a compatible section. The current design tools include Blender and Texturizer.
4. Configure the available options and preview on desktop and mobile.
5. Save the changes when you are satisfied.
Theme structure determines where blocks can be placed. If a block is unavailable in a section, check the template and try another compatible section.
Troubleshooting
If a component is missing, confirm that the App is installed, that you are editing the intended store theme, and that the section accepts app blocks. Enable any relevant app embed if the feature requires one.
If an effect looks different on the live storefront, check whether the published theme matches the theme you edited, and whether other theme settings or apps are affecting the same section.
If you still need help, email support@orionapps.co.uk with the affected page URL, your theme name and version, device and browser, approximate time of the issue, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
Plans, trials and billing
Both Orion apps are paid products. Current pricing, billing intervals and applicable free-trial details are shown in the relevant Shopify App Store listing and Shopify's plan-selection or billing approval flow. For help understanding a charge, changing a plan, cancellation or a refund request, contact our support address with your store domain and app name. Do not send payment-card details.

For personal-data access, correction or deletion enquiries, email david@orionapps.co.uk. Shoppers with questions about a merchant's customer or order information should usually contact the merchant first.
