Please include your myshopify.com store domain, the Orion application concerned and a short description of your question. Screenshots or a screen recording may help us investigate a visual issue. Do not send Shopify passwords, access tokens, payment-card numbers or other secrets.
Orion Blog: getting started
Orion Blog provides presentation and navigation tools for Shopify blog indexes and individual articles.
1. Open Online Store → Themes → Customize.
2. Select a blog index or article template, depending on the content you want to customise.
3. Choose the available Orion Blog components for that template. Depending on placement, these may include article header, blog content, homepage or index, reading progress and jump navigation.
4. Configure presentation, article selections and navigation options offered by the chosen component.
5. Preview the result on different screen sizes and save.
Some components are intended only for blog indexes or individual article templates. Their absence from other templates does not necessarily indicate an installation fault.
Troubleshooting
If a component is missing, confirm that the App is installed, that you are editing the intended store theme, and that the section accepts app blocks. Enable any relevant app embed if the feature requires one.
If articles or related content are missing, confirm that the content exists in Shopify and that the relevant selections and visibility settings have been saved.
If you still need help, email support@orionapps.co.uk with the affected page URL, your theme name and version, device and browser, approximate time of the issue, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
Plans, trials and billing
Both Orion apps are paid products. Current pricing, billing intervals and applicable free-trial details are shown in the relevant Shopify App Store listing and Shopify's plan-selection or billing approval flow. For help understanding a charge, changing a plan, cancellation or a refund request, contact our support address with your store domain and app name. Do not send payment-card details.
Privacy enquiries
For personal-data access, correction or deletion enquiries, email david@orionapps.co.uk. Shoppers with questions about a merchant's customer or order information should usually contact the merchant first.
